BADAK - Committed to safety

BADAK continues to be an industry leader with innovative product development, including safety features. As we move into the future BADAK commitment to safety will continue to be a key element in our new product design and development. At BADAK our Safety and Value Engineering Program, along with our Product Engineers and Suppliers work together to minimize costs and, at the same time, improve the Safety, Quality, and Efficiency of our Product Lines.

Safety and accessories

Safety is a key element in BADAK's customer satisfaction strategy. Even though all BADAK models meet the highest safety standards, that is not where it stops. BADAK offers a wide range of products, services and publications that should help you improve safety when operating your industrial truck at your plant or Heavy Truck at your site. You as the employer and operator are responsible for creating a safe work environment. Some operators may assume that the installation of warning lights or alarms solve their safety issues; however, operation safety is a complex issue. Not a single combination of safety equipment can provide a perfectly safe work environment. Since your operation is unique, there are unique safety concepts and policies. To further improve safety at your company, you should implement a comprehensive safety program that meets your specific safety requirements.

TRAINING

Health and safety organizations require training for MHE and Heavy trucks operators. BADAK can provide help with operator and mechanic training courses and materials and offer a variety of training packages for stand-up, sit-down and pallet trucks.

MANUALS AND PUBLICATIONS

There are many helpful manuals and publications available in BADAK. Maintenance and parts manuals, as well as operator’s manuals, are ordered using the products serial number.

PLANT SURVEYS

Our trained personnel can evaluate your operation to check whether your trucks are right for the work you have them doing. They will look at the loads you are handling, and compare the size, weight and dimensions of the load to the truck’s rated capacity. They can tell you whether you are using the right type of attachment for the work.
